Historic MOU signed with UKZN

The Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs MEC, Reverend Thulasizwe Buthelezi, has signed a landmark memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN). This agreement paves the way for amakhosi to enrol in a specialised NQF level 6 Leadership and Governance programme.
